Regarding the CVAR issue of NPC name height

I have searched a lot of information online but have not found which Cvar affects the following issue

As shown in the figure below, the NPC's name overlaps with the task or function icon：

But I found that by going to Settings - Interface - Friend Name Plate, closing and then opening all NPC nameplate would restore the default NPC name board height in Blizzard, as shown in the following picture：

I consulted with the Chinese agent NetEase, but they did not answer my question. Considering that you are the author of the Cvar addon, could you please let me know the relevant information about this issue? I would greatly appreciate it，tks！
