Compiler flags are not provided for the project with reference to outer lib

If a project file contains a reference to a lib out of it's folder structure, the compile flags are not fulfilled to LSP client (attached example project with structure)

• Open SomeProject.xcodeproj and generate a buildServer.json file in ./SomeProject/ folder (it's already there)
• clean and build the whole project
• run lsp with given configuration in ./SomeProject/ folder which contains 'SomepProject.xcodeproj' file
• go to ActionButton.swift file which is in SmartlookConsentSDK or any other file in that folder and find out that xcode build server can not provide correct compile flags to it.

it's a known issue, Now, buildServer.json must be in the root directory of all files. buildServer.json does not need to be in the same directory as xcodeproj.
I might try to see if I can solve this problem when I have time. My general idea is to return the actual file path in buildTarget_sources，but need to implement it and test if it works.

for swift project buildServer.json can be in the root directory but in projects with mixed C++/Objective-C/Swift if buildServer.json is not in the same directory as a project file, suggestions for C++/Objective C stops working for relative pathes

looks like the problem while flags were not provided when a buildServer.json is not in the root is that
-working-directory flag is not setting by xcodebuild system
