Release new version of design paper #437
Description
The latest published version 0.4 of the design paper doesn't include, at least, some fixes that were already pushed to the main branch of this repo.
For example:
- place holders appearing in the final text: [[add an xml example for consistency]] / [Why not just use ABI? - I speculated]]
- Privacy, User-Interface and Availability in the "Advantages of Tokenscript" section are empty.
- typos: mor instead of more, toke instead of token
