Reference: Add search functionality for classes and methods

Finding class info pages by (partial) class name or method name.
Implement by loading DocumentedClass.json client side.
Display search results realtime per typed letter, starting at letter 3.
The search pane can overlap (hide) the index pane.
In mobile view, the page pane is hidden while searching, just as with the index.
