Allow report to be generated from a swift package with no Xcode project

There is a hard requirement for an Xcode project with slather.

Swift packages can generate their code coverage from a command-line build using swift test --enable-code-coverage
with the results written to the .build/debug/codecov folder.

That folder contains three files:

• PackageName.json
• default.profdata
• default_build_ID_.profraw

The information can be parsed from the json file easily enough, and converted to the desired output format.

@david-coyle-sjc It'd really great to have this possibility, and enable swift package support out of the box without having to generate an xcodeproj to generate test coverage :)

Slather is not usable for SPM that has resources in the bundle (since SWIFT 5.3).

Reason is that we can no longer use generate-xcodeproj command for Swift packages that have resources bundled. Also that command is deprecated so won't get any better.

Any updates regarding this? We are also unable to use Sonar because of the reports. We only have Package.swift and scheme's to build the project and with the deprecation of generating the xcodeproj we cannot use sonar for reports.

@filipkjamilov What I've done is use https://github.com/a7ex/xcresultparser by grabbing the .xcresult file created by the xcodebuild command with the -enableCodeCoverage flag set to YES and giving it as an input to that tool.

I agree it would be great to get similar support for that in Slather.
