cpu-g missing deps

I got a report that cpu-g is missing runtime deps which is gtksourceview, pygtksourceview and glade
the problem is that this script is no longer maintained upstream and it's not building on -current
should we remove it now so that it will ease our job for next transition?

if yes, we should ask Urchlay as well since higan uses gtksourceview but perhaps it's possible to migrate to newer version of gtksourceview4 or 5

IMHO, as far as current goes, removing this is mandatory as it seems to need pygtk2 (python2 and gtk+2) and it's not on current also anymore...

newer versions (available here ) moved to python3 and gtk+3 but seem to need matplotlib so I would like the maintainer to eventually take care of it, if still interested...
