Additional Markdown features

Just a few ideas for this cool tool to make it bombastic 😄 :

• Support of different Fontsizes for headings/titles: Fontsizes
• Show an outline-sidebar (table of contents)
• Support for justified text by default if text is longer than 3/4 of a line and not a bullet list for example. (Same as manpages are shown)
• Support YAML heading in markdown (including cover-image and stylesheet if that makes sense.)
• Support ePub fileformat and setting bookmarks

I tried messing with it before, but I couldn’t get it to work with any pager (e.g., less)

Sounds cool! I’ll look into it later. Though it won't be interactive unless I'll go the TUI approach

Might be a bit out of scope IMO, unless it's something simple like recognizing it and just giving it a pretty box.
Any special formatting might be too much (unless I misunderstood)

Adding ePub shouldn't be too difficult, but supporting bookmarks might. Currently my approach is to convert files into markdown and then render ANSI text in a pager like less, so there is little room for user input.
