Hi there! I want to run this experiment and play with the code myself. Where is the biotechcleaned.pkl file? Seems like I will need this file in order to get to run the notes books...

biotechcleaned.pkl
allindustries.pkl

or we can create ourselves if we know what they contain ? At least the big picture,
