Widget font size is very small (Bug)

I've been using Simple File Manager for a long time, and today I decided to check out Simple Clock. However, right after installing it, I ran into a major issue: the font size of the widget clock was incredibly small (see picture!). I tried reinstalling the app several times, rebooted, tried older versions, and even removed and re-added the widget, but nothing seemed to fix it.

My phone: Android 6, Nova Launcher Prime 6.2.18, LineageOS, rooted.
