Handle Throttling/503 errors #70
Description
With large Simplenote imports, we are seeing Simperium return 503 (maybe 400 as well) errors after about 150 or so requests. This Library should handle those, and as a bonus we should limit the amount of requests we are sending, possible through the use of the Bottlenext node module?
