I am hoping you can publish an article about my work on Rice (Ruby C++ bindings), and using it to create a new gem opencv-ruby that wraps the OpenCv library (there are old gems that no longer work).

This is the culmination of years of work to create a modern Ruby <-> C++ toolchain.
