Yield over capacity

We noticed that sometimes the PV yield in certain GSPs are above the capacity. This doesnt quite feel right, but perhaps you could explain how this happens? We are intrigued. Thanks

@peterdudfield We discussed at the PV_Live stand-up earlier today and did some preliminary checks - the issues seems to primarily affect GSPs at the edges of the GB domain which are not well represented in the sample data. Our prevailing theory is that the geospatial model may be extrapolating the yield for much of the PV capacity in these GSPs, which might lead to over-prediction. We did, however, identify several other possible explanations for the high yield estimates which are worth checking. @Herald-TUOS is going to do a more thorough investigation to find the root cause and to identify if additional outlier-removal might be needed in the sample data and/or additional protections put in place in the PV_Live model.
