IMAGE Extension can't seem to connect to the server on certain image search results pages (Opera GX)

Using version 114.0.5282.248 on Windows 10 (Education)

Steps to recreate: On Bing, Google, and DuckDuckGo image search results, right-click to bring up context menu, select Interpret this graphic with IMAGE (Test)
Results: Don't get a rendering, as expected. Instead get the pop-up message "An error occurred while try to connect to the IMAGE server..."

Note that the image search results work fine for Startpage and Yahoo.

To be clear, this appears to be Opera only, so putting in backlog. I am not having these problems on Google or Yahoo image searches in Brave on Linux.
