How pull request can be enable when I finish feature

Hi everyone,

I am using gitFlow4 extension in VS Code and I would like to include pull requests fro the developer when they want to merge in Develop branch.  Finish feature does merge but If we have the policy for the pull request, it will fail. I would like to review the code before the developer changes are merged into the develop branch.
