AMDS docs: Update single AMDS benchmark data

We are updating the AMDC - AMDS link to support daisy chain, as documented in the related issues/PRs above. Our docs currently provide benchmark data on the link timing between the AMDS and AMDC. However, these upcoming firmware updates change this timing. Key changes:

1. Link speed reduced from 25 Mbps to 20 Mbps (because our transceivers are only guaranteed to 20 Mbps)
2. We overhauled the ADC sampling function in the AMDS to parallelize it and make it run faster

We have collected this benchmark data already using the Saleae as documented in this PR comment thread, starting with this comment:

Approach

Close this issue via a PR that replaces the single AMDC <-- AMDS benchmark data in the AMDS firmware article (not daisy chain).

This should be in the form of updated oscilloscope / logic analyzer screenshots and numbers. We may be able to use the screenshots already collected here: Severson-Group/AMDS#102 (comment), otherwise we can collect new data.
