Export all gift cards to CSV

Would be nice to be able to export all gift cards to a CSV file

Probably we should use import-export plugin at test application and distribute only optionally-includable import-export config

I feel like this is an un-achieved plugin that is not really maintained 🤔

@Roshyo I see it was upgraded to support Sylius 1.10 so I guess it is maintained :)
