CHORE: Request (and process) the feedback which has been received about the online application trial

As UX Researchers/Designers
we want to review the feedback which has been received on the current online application for citizenship process,
so that we can use this information to inform our future state thinking/designs

A/C

• request feedback submitted by participants in the online application pilot (this is requested as part of the process)
• consider whether to gather anecdotal evidence from call centre operators
• request numbers of people offered the online process (and how many declined vs number that went ahead)
• understand how people were offered the online process (how was it pitched)
