Fix reprovision errors #7
Description
s6 fails during reprovision. Additional investigation is needed to solve this issue.
On top of that, the Ansible tasks should not just ignore errors to avoid s6 command errors due to observation not beeing present. Instead, the script should compute facts and skip tasks based on their values. This will make the Ansible execution more robust.
