Sometimes cursor gets stuck in pointer mode

I can't reproduce it every time but sometimes when closing the in-game config form, the cursor stays in pointer mode:

I tried this a bunch of times and couldn't reproduce the problem. The only hunch I have is that the mouseout event for the gear failed to fire, so the game thinks the cursor is still hovering over the gear (I had to hack that in to display the pointer cursor over top of the gear). I can't get it to break though. If you can do it semi-consistently, could you check on the value of the cursorOnGear variable in UI.js is stuck to true?

I can't figure out how to reproduce it consistently but it happened to me like 4 more times

Next time it happens please check whether the value of the cursorOnGear variable in UI.js is stuck to true.
