Add a tab for tags

Each category has a list of associated tags (e.g. "well-behaved"), but (as far as I can see), there is currently no way to see the list of all tags. It also does not seem possible to filter by certain tags from the search page.

This is a good suggestion. I have implemented this in 4860598 and 850a0a6. It is live.

At first, I wanted to combine the search feature with the tag selection. But this (a) complicated the UI, (b) moved down the list of categories (because of the list of tags). This is why I have made it simple for now: there is a list of tags in a separate section on the category list page.
