[BUG] Permission “Medical History Records” Granting Fails Despite All Permissions Being Approved #139

🔍 Bug Description
Similar to #92 but instead with the History Data for Fitness Tracking
For some unknown reasons I am not able to "allow" the app to previous medical recorded data, yet the app got granted all permissions being "Healtconnect / Notifications / Location / Physical activity"
🪜 Steps to Reproduce
- Open the app
- Navigate to the Permissions tab
- Tap the permission wheel
- Grant all available permissions
- Tap the "Allow" chip/button
- ❌ The action fails (nothing happens / expected behavior not triggered)
🎬 Expected Behavior
The permission should be granted successfully. Since all required permissions were manually approved, nothing should be preventing the app from proceeding.
