How can I be a contributor?

If I don't really code Javascript or anything like that, but I want to be a member of the normal scratch addons repository so I can help, can I still be a member? I can also help with stale issues, and use my coding knowledge (I know a little bit, but not enough to actually code) to respond to open issues. Thank you!
