Change vignettes to articles

See R Packages book for motivation, including:

• Reduce the size of package where vignettes include many charts/images
• Ability to use relative links (Review use of links within pkgdown site #43)
• Reduces list of suggested packages

I think benefits outweigh loss of ability to view content locally.
