Multi-threading supported?

I was wondering how multi-threading works with this, Numpy.NET doesnt allow it and you have to lock the GIL, since this is all in native C#, is "no real multi-threading" like in Numpy.NET a problem with this library? Thanks for your time and have a great day.

In general, NumSharp supports full multithreading. The race conditions that might meet you is only if you read and write to the same memory at the same time.

#573 replaces all Parallel.* calls thus make the entire framework sequential cpu-only.
Making NumSharp fully parallelizable and isolate-able per op call entirely.
