Clearing Function:

• Import clean clearing function (cf fix clearing function #5)
• Makes sure the function takes as arguments the output of the demand function (cf demand function is not working #1) (a dictionary)
• Need to merge functions clearing.jl and PseudoClearingError.jl s.t. is returns the root of the sum of squares of the elements of z.

@floswald We just wanted to be sure that neighbour_fun is the function which generates neighbouring price vectors, which would ultimately replace the "Np" stand-in object in pseudocode. Is that correct?
