Remove icon from OSX doc

I really like your app! I have it syncing between OSX and PC via a local docker server and it works great

On my mac, the ClipCascade icon appears in the upper menu bar and the lower dock

Is there any way to remove the icon from the lower dock? The upper menu is fine

The GUI components for ClipCascade are designed to be consistent across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Currently, only on macOS does it show both the dock icon and the menu bar icon. I’ll look into this for the next release to see if I can remove the dock icon while keeping the menu bar icon intact.

The GUI code for Windows, macOS, and Linux is cross-platform, but this behavior is specific to macOS, likely due to security like "this program is running." I attempted to address this issue a month ago, but it is tied to the current design implementation.

For example, to enable the program to run on startup in macOS, users must currently right-click on the dock icon and select "Run on Startup." Removing this behavior would require diving into macOS-specific logic, which demands additional effort.

I plan to address this in the future when the current tasks are completed. For instance, in an upcoming update, after the server update, a new storage feature is being introduced. At that time, I can work on the macOS-specific logic and make the necessary updates.

Once I’ve resolved the issue, I will need to create an executable for Intel-based Macs in my VM, as I don’t own a Mac. For M1 devices, I will require external assistance to generate the executable.

Given the complexity, this will require time and effort. While I can assure you the issue will eventually be fixed, I cannot provide a specific timeline for its resolution.

Any updates? I saw there are architecture-specific binaries now. Does that mean progress in this regard or is this unrelated?
