I already have the models on my hard drive, why forcing me to download them again?
Another question: how do I upgrade to the latest version? Do I have to redownload and reinstall the program from scratch?

Curated models allow a quick start for everyone. If you already have these exact models, I agree it's a disk waste.

I would like letting users select custom models, but if it's a brand new model, the diffusers package associated with the ZPix version user has might not support it.

How do I upgrade to the latest version?

1. Close ZPix.
2. Delete folder containing ZPix.exe.
3. Extract latest ZPix.zip to any location.
4. Run ZPix.exe from that location.

Upgrades are fast as models are cached globally in your user profile (that's diffusers library default behavior).
