feat: add GUI skin options for user to choose

### Description, issue

since color tastes differ,  we should add a dropdown menu to change the skin of the app.

### Solution

abstract colors from the widgets. we can make a dataclass to store the different skins' profiles. The dd menu can be stored on the top menubar OR as a systray menuoption.
