Successful Premiumize authorisation is not reflected in Jacktook's settings. #169

Hi,

I installed Jacktook yesterday. I succesfully authorised Trakt and Real Debrid. And this is also reflected in Jacktook's settings.
The issue I'm encountering is that I can successfully authorise Premiumize, but this is not reflected in Jacktook's settings. In fact I can keep registering Jacktook successfully as many times as I want. For example if I successfully register Jacktook three times, I will see three entries at the Your Active Sessions screen at Premiumize. I quit Kodi and then started it again, but the registration was still not picked up.

Also, it is weird that Jacktook is registered as Kaito, a Kodi video addon that has not been updated for 5 years. I removed all Kaito authorisations from Premiumize.

Could you please fix this?

EDIT: Of course there are also no results returned from Premiumize.
