'Add' creating a new line right after the selected line

Right now, the program appears to be only capable of making a new line only at the very bottom. While it's not too much of a hassle, I do have to spend a bit of extra time manually moving the line to where I want it. Is it possible to have it so that whenever you click the 'Add' button, instead of creating a new line at the very bottom it instead slots it right after the selected line?
