See when a message was sent in the senders timezone

I would like to know when a user sent a message, in their time. Not my local one.

Describe the solution you'd like

When you hover over the timestamp, a popup shows what time it was for them

So this would show the time the message was sent in the timezone of the person who sent it, maybe a toggle for this IDK
