The link to the used toolchain is broken

In the readme there is a section Development Toolchains and Compilers, with a link to
https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeWBA/tree/main/Utilities/PC_Software/IDEs_Patches/EWARM
which does not exist

(I was mostly interested in what the stlink V3 patch is about)
