[Feature]: Implement ViewDefinitionExtensions

Description

The ViewDefinitionExtensions class in SysML2.NET/Extend/ViewDefinitionExtensions.cs contains 4 extension method(s) that compute derived properties for the IViewDefinition interface. These methods currently throw NotSupportedException and need to be implemented.
