Hi, you are right in pointing out that the $HOME variable is unset as it doesn't exist on Windows system. Nonetheless, I am not able to reproduce your same issue on a Windows machine as it still tries to build the image from the local Dockerfile.

Can you please try with this command instead?

$env:HOME=$env:USERPROFILE; docker compose -f compose.local.yaml up llmgoat-cpu

If that doesn't work either you could try to use the pre-build images we pushed:

$env:HOME=$env:USERPROFILE; docker compose -f compose.github.yaml up llmgoat-cpu
