Difussion toolkit Error starting the program

Greetings everyone, I've been having a problem for a few days now. When I open the toolkit, I get these two messages:

"An error occurred. White loading configuration settings. The application will exit."

The program opens and this window appears before it closes automatically:
"0x00' is an invalid start of a value. path $ line number 0 bytepositioninline 0."

I deleted the previous version and installed the current version of the program, but the problem persists.

I don't know how to fix it because I don't remember if I accidentally pressed something or did something wrong with the program. If you have any suggestions on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it.
