Runestone Issue: Runestone Code Editor Resize Issue #1083

Describe the bug
In Runestone, there’s a way to increase the code editor view by dragging the bottom right-hand corner down. However, when I try to do this, it only expands the frame around the editor — not the actual code area. The extra space that appears is unusable.
I feel like this feature used to work correctly, where the expanded space became usable for editing code. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Javascript Errors
Many many errors can be quickly diagnosed from the Javascript Console error log. On Chrome this is View --> Developer --> Javascript Console, on Safari ⌥⌘i or Develop --> Show Web Inspector on Firefox Tools --> Web Developer --> Toggle Tools. Please select all and paste it here. Don't try to guess what might be useful. This is perhaps the most useful thing you can do to help us track down a problem!!
