[ENHANCEMENT] Text size setting for Roo UI (Small/Medium/Large, no VS Code zoom)

Roo's UI text appears smaller than the code editor. On high-DPI displays and small monitors it's hard to read. The only current workaround is editing a minified CSS file in user settings, which is tedious and not user-friendly. A built-in text size setting would improve readability and accessibility without zooming the entire VS Code window.

Affects users on high-DPI displays, small monitors, or those who prefer larger text. Happens across Roo Code panels during everyday use. Desired behavior: a setting to choose Small, Medium, or Large text size that applies only to Roo Code's UI and leaves the editor and VS Code zoom unchanged.

Constraints/Preferences

• Scope to Roo Code's UI only; do not change VS Code window zoom or editor font size.
• Keep the default consistent with current appearance.
• Place the new setting under an Interface settings section.

I'm exploring a potential fix for adding a text size setting to Roo's UI. I'll work on implementing Small/Medium/Large options that apply only to Roo Code's interface without affecting VS Code's zoom or editor font size.

Opened PR #8103 with my attempt at addressing this issue: #8103

The implementation adds an interface text size setting that allows users to choose between Small, Medium, and Large text sizes for Roo's UI without affecting VS Code's zoom level or editor font size.

Note: There's currently one failing check for translations that may need to be addressed. The new translation keys have been added to the English locale but may need to be propagated to other language files.
