问题：当前所有 MCP 工具调用的请求/响应日志都会在对话界面中无条件显示，无法按服务器级别控制。对于 memos-api-mcp 这类高频后台工具（记忆存取），日志噪音严重影响对话可读性。建议可以自定义每个mcp server的日志输出，可以控制silence静默输出。

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Problem

Currently, all MCP tool call request/response logs are unconditionally displayed in the conversation UI. For high-frequency background tools (like memory read/write via memos-api-mcp), this creates significant noise that hurts readability.

Proposed Solution: Per-Server silent Configuration Option

1. Add silent field to the MCP server config schema

In src/services/mcp/McpHub.ts, add silent: z.boolean().optional() to the BaseConfigSchema. This allows users to configure it per-server in their mcp.json:

2. Expose the silent flag on the McpServer type

In packages/types/src/mcp.ts, add silent?: boolean to the McpServer type so it flows through to both backend and webview.

3. Propagate the silent flag when building server objects

In McpHub.ts where server connections are created/updated, read the silent field from the parsed config and include it in the McpServer object sent to the webview.

4. Collapse silent server logs in the chat UI

In webview-ui/src/components/chat/ChatRow.tsx, when rendering use_mcp_server ask blocks and mcp_server_request_started/mcp_server_response say blocks, check if the server has silent: true. If so, auto-collapse the tool call details (showing only a minimal one-line summary like "Used tool X on server Y" rather than the full request/response).

5. Add UI toggle in MCP settings view

In webview-ui/src/components/mcp/McpView.tsx, add a toggle switch per server to enable/disable silent mode, similar to the existing disabled toggle. This sends a message to update the server config in mcp.json.

Benefits

• Fully backward-compatible (defaults to false/non-silent)
• Per-server granularity via both config file and UI toggle
• Silent tools still execute normally and can be expanded if needed
• Follows existing patterns (similar to disabled, timeout, alwaysAllow config fields)
