When attempting to run CBLoader for the first time it hits and error and ends... #161
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Character Builder
2. Update with Jan. 2010 update
3. Unzip CBLoader into Character Builder directory
4. Run CBLoader.exe
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: CBLoader to run without error, generating appropriate files
Seen: The following error:

Character Builder: Build 215053
Character Builder Update: CharacterBuilder_Update_Jan_2010
CBLoader: v1.3.0
OS: Windows 8, 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.
No files at all are being generated when CBLoader attempts to run.
