Description
Start with default X/Y being temps and time. But add dots that indicate notes taken during roast. Events are tracked in order (charge, 1c+,1c,1c-, drop, etc.), and background colors should mimic expected bean color during roast : green, pale white, yellow, cinnamon, brown, dark brown, chocolate, black, etc.
