React 19 Compatibility Support

I have created a solution compatible with React 19.x.x. The following adjustments were made:

• Removed the advanced editor component:
  react-draft-wysiwyg has not been updated for React 19.x.x, and I did not require this feature.
• Replaced the previous modal library with react-modal:
  This package integrates well and serves as a replacement for the previous solution.
• Updated dependencies:
  Most dependencies have been upgraded to their latest or stable versions (where the latest was not compatible). The exception is react-draft-wysiwyg,and a few, which remains incompatible with React 19.x.x.

Release and lockfile:

• Release download
• Corresponding package-lock.json

If you require specific dependency versions, refer to the included package-lock.json to match the working build.
