STACK_PATH property is reverted #32
Description
STACK_PATH property is reverted on SipStack.dispose method because SipFactory is reset.
This causes the stack_path to revert to "gov.nist" default.
Since the SipFactory is a singleton, all sipStack instances will be affected.
