Create a theme week around command line interfaces

* Tech: #! lines
* Interfaces: how to design good interface: input/output arguments, don't hardcode paths, what are some special cases
* Philosophy: why are command lines still used?  What do you get out of it?
* Connection: workflow managers

This probably lets us make a fully integrated theme week.
