[Bug]: DeepScientist argument error: unrecognized arguments: --runner claude

Summary

Running the following command:

ds doctor --runner claude

results in:

usage: ds [-h] [--home HOME] [--proxy PROXY] [--codex CODEX]
{init,new,status,pause,resume,daemon,run,ui,note,approve,graph,doctor,docker,push,memory,baseline,latex,config,migrate} ...
DeepScientist argument error: unrecognized arguments: --runner claude

It seems that the doctor subcommand does not recognize the --runner argument, even though runner selection appears to be supported in other commands.
