The issue isn't fixed. uBO gets a new extension ID each time the browser is started. This way a fixed rule doesn't help.

It looks like RPC can see other webextensions' requests only because it's itself not a WE yet (see RequestPolicyContinued/requestpolicy#845 (comment)).

I think the temporary solution should be to allow each individual URL being picked up by uBO. (see "assets" in uBO's repo: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/blob/master/assets/)

That is not going to work, users are free to add their own filter lists by importing the URLs to these lists. assets.json is only for stock filter lists.

Thanks for the info, @gorhill. RPC now allows all other addons' requests by default, so uBO should work out of the box.
