Paper Text and Build System #29

First off, nice work!
I queried the repo for the paper text but could not find it. Can this repo not actually generate the paper? The way I do reexecutable documents is by triggering the entire data analysis via the document build system. Are you doing the same thing with this via some other repo?
If not I would suggest you look into PythonTeX. Basically ever since my MSc. thesis all of my presentation slides, posters, and paper drafts are reexecutable thanks to PythonTeX. It's not entirelly elegant to use, but the author will be at SciPy 2017 in Austin, and we hope to make it more conducive for reexecutable self-publishing in various formats during the sprints. If you're interested in a very flexible document build system it would be a great opportunity to work together.
