Get the colorspace of the input signal

Is there a method to check if the input signal is SDR or HDR, or what rec709/2020/2100 it is? I see InputColorspaceMode on the device, but this just maps to the dropdown setting it seems.

Looking for a method to return the details of the input signal.

Ideally I'd like to set the colorspace on the input and output devices based on what the input signal is.
