Print the transaction ID on transactions, now that we're on V2

It would be nice to print the transaction ID for transactions as soon as we have it, so that users can:

• cancel a long running txn (ctrl-c then rai cancel "<txn-id>")
• share the transaction ID with others
• view the transaction and results in the console
