Jupyterhub Freezes and the Kernel Restarts

We sometimes get an issue where the kernel restarts when running the Model fit. Attached are logs from one of these times.

I think we need a higher request and limit. This appears to need to be done in the kDef. I'm unclear on how to do it from the documentation.

It actually looks like we can just tell the user to select a "bigger" instance.
