tire load is to high

I've had issues with multiple vehicles both modded and in game where it limets the speed to 11km/h and I've tried decreasing and increasing the tire pressure but nothing seems to work that I've tried. does anyone have a solution to this problem?

The Tirepressure-Issue still needs adjustments. I used the scTirePressure.lua from Aug 20 to avoid such behavior (it also occured on various mods on my game). Just download the scTirePressure.lua and override yours (in folder src/vehicles/)
